All international orders ship USPS First Class International Package Service with a delivery time of 10-20 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

We do not accept returns and refunds unless the merchandise is defective. All sales are considered final. If you would like to exchange an item, please message us. Also, please let us know if you have any questions. We try our best to work with our customers and provide full customer satisfaction.


Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, of course! We ship worldwide! :) Please note that all international orders are subject to their own taxes and customs fees. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or tax tarriffs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

My package has been lost. What should I do?
Please make sure to enter the correct address when you place an order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premise, we are not responsible for them since USPS is a shipping service that you agreed to allow us to send for you. Once we shipped out your package, the liability is between you and USPS. All orders come with a tracking number, so we will do our best to help you locate the package. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim. If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect destination inputed, you are responsible for paying the RE-SHIP fees. Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Once the package has left our store and received by USPS and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the USPS customer support helpline.
